“ Went on the night of 6/17, and had one the best customer service experiences at a Pei Wei. Staff there was incredibly friendly, and took care of us at every moment. This Pei Wei atmosphere is very bright compared to other Pei Wei restaurants, and I feel it suits the restaurant chain better than a darker theme. It’s my new preference for Pei Wei when I have that specific craving now. ”
“ I asked for the Salmon Poke Bowl without onions and scallions. This is due to an allergy but I didn’t specify that thinking it would be simple enough to take off. While we were seated, one of the cooks came out to ask if I had an allergy because the marinade was made with scallions. I told her yes so she offered to make a new marinade without them. The bowl was fresh and delicious. I sincerely appreciate her going out of her way to do that because you don’t see that level of consideration much at a “fast casual.” ”
